We stayed at Anamnesia Unit No. 1 during carnival and had a birds-eye view of the festivities from our balcony! Centrally located only steps away from the ferry port and a quick walk to the charming cafes and shops of Chora. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to discover a gift basket containing a tasteful selection of Naxian treats, including turkish delights (loukoumia), dried citron, and Raki. Our host, Liana, greeted us personally, gave us a second key at our request, and answered our questions about how to operate the induction range and dispose of trash. Throughout our stay, Liana was exceptionally communicative and offered to bring us clean towels, which we gratefully accepted. We found the rooms clean and well-furnished just like the photographs, with minimalist décor contributing to the beachy vibe and green “mood lighting” in the master bedroom and hallway adding a glamorous touch. The heat and hot water worked super well, which was important during late winter.

Beautiful Airbnb with great views and right by the water! We had lots of space for our group of 4. There were lots of nearby restaurants and the temple of Apollo was a short walk away.

Ich habe in diesem außergewöhnlich schönen Haus eine wundervolle Woche mit meiner Familie verbracht. Alles war makellos und wundervoll. Dieses Haus ist unbeschreiblich schön, in einer großartigen Lage. Es ist extrem gut ausgestattet und man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Très bel appartement, propre et idéalement situé car en plein coeur de la vieille ville. Juste un bémol sur l'isolation phonique : un conseil prévoyez des boules qui est ce. Merci Maria pour votre réactivité aux messages, et merci d'avoir arrangé un petit cleaning pendant notre séjour.

This place was great! The location was super close to the port and made taking the ferry easy! There were lots of cute shops and great restaurants right nearby. This was a wonderful spot for us to stay!

Review for “Amnesia”. For editing Great Location! We didn’t want to leave this lovely, beautifully decorated Airbnb that’s situated within steps from the Port, restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The 2 comfortable bedrooms, and 2 baths were perfect for two couples or a family of four; wouldn’t recommend the sofa bed for an adult but fine for a child. We never figured out the washing machine but were fine using a laundromat around the corner. Good communication with the host, but suggest an information booklet with recommendations for the area. Take a half or full day sightseeing tour and spend a day at one of the beach clubs. We relaxed at Plaka and St. George beaches. Go down stairs to a little coffee shop for a cappuccino and fried donut from Anastasio.

Location, location, location. The place is located right in the heart of Naxos. Walkabe from ferry so that was nice. the bathrooms were very nice and shampoos were too. I would rent again.

We had a great stay here with our 3 young kids. The location is perfect, an easy walk from the port & to all the great local restaurants, as well as the bus terminal. The view was just stunning & we enjoyed many sunsets from the balcony. Despite being located on a busy square, the noise didn't bother any of us one bit. Maria was excellent at communicating with us & we felt so comfortable in the apartment!

It was less than 5 minute walk from the port right in the heart of the town with plenty of shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive to our needs and every question. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The view was terrific. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee watching the people go by. Even though it faced the Main Street the noise did not disturb at night. However, you can hear people talking in other apartments through the vents and it was very noticeable in the smaller bedroom. However, my friend turned on the air conditioner to drown it out. Such a great place and wonderful host! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Mapia's place was incredible! It was so clean and had a beautiful view of the sunset every night. We loved people watching from our balcony. It was within walking distance of everything we needed!
