Villa Veroni Kastraki Naxos

Villa Veroni has 2 floors. On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living area with built in couches and dining area for up to 10 people. The laundry room is a separate room on the back side of the villa. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor one bedroom with a double bed and the other with a double bed and en suite bathroom. Additionally it consists of a separate bathroom. The main floor has access to all exits of the house being the patio, the outdoor area and laundry room.

The top floor consists 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 considered the master bedroom consists of a built in double bed, en suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea with built in outdoor couch, pillows and pergola to relax and enjoy all parts of the day. Bedroom 2 consists of 2 single built in beds and separate bathroom for guests. Bedroom 3 consists of a double bed and has direct access to the outdoor area adjacent with the master bedroom. Plenty of cupboard space for storage is available throughout.

Outdoor area has been renovated with an eye for detail to accommodate all guests. A private swimming pool surrounded with 4 sun-beds and pool furniture to soak up the sun. Built in couch area and dining table for 10 people combine both entertainment and dining. Added to the outdoor area is a pergola style shading area, a kitchenette with outdoor bar fridge and bbq area. An outdoor shower is also available for guests. This villa has been designed for comfort, privacy and total relaxation.
